
Construction process
1. Inquiries
Please contact us by phone or through the inquiry form on our website. We will conduct a simple interview before the on-site inspection. We will also arrange the date and time of our visit at this time.


2. On-site investigation
Our staff will visit you directly on the date we arranged when you made your inquiry. After arriving at the site, we will conduct a site survey, including checking the current state of the building and taking photos. The site survey is free of charge.
3. Estimate
We will submit a construction plan and estimate based on the contents of the site survey and the information we receive from the customer. If you have any questions about the price or construction items, please feel free to let us know.


4. Contract
If you are satisfied with the proposed plan and the estimated price, we will enter into a contract. When entering into a contract, we will ask you to sign and stamp the contract. Please rest assured that we will not make unreasonable sales pitches.
5.Construction begins
We will proceed with the construction according to the schedule based on the construction plan. If you wish, we can take pictures of the construction process for any areas that you are unsure about or cannot see. We will also take thorough noise and safety measures.


6. Delivery
Once all work has been completed, we will conduct a final inspection in the presence of the customer to confirm that there are no discrepancies with the customer's requests. If there are no defects in the work, the property will be handed over to the customer, and the customer will be required to pay the fee by the due date specified in the contract.
